Refund policy

At The Custom Cut, each piece is crafted with care and precision. Because our products are custom-designed art pieces, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and make every item unique.

Standard Products

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard product returns.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging to qualify.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Products

  • All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • The only exception is if a custom item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

  • To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If any product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement promptly at no additional cost.

  • Original packaging and photos may be required to support the claim.

Additional Information

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Final Sale Items (including clearance and special promotions) are not eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
