At The Custom Cut, each piece is crafted with care and precision. Because our products are custom-designed art pieces, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and make every item unique.
Standard Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard product returns.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging to qualify.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Products

All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

The only exception is if a custom item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products

If any product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement promptly at no additional cost.

Original packaging and photos may be required to support the claim.
Additional Information

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Final Sale Items (including clearance and special promotions) are not eligible for return.
