Welcome to The Custom Cut. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, finish, and detail. These are natural characteristics of custom art and do not qualify as defects.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Custom Orders

  • All custom and personalized products are final sale.

  • Custom designs will be produced according to the approved proof (if applicable). We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

  • Production begins only after details are finalized and approved.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Processing time is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom and personalized products are non-returnable, except in the case of damage or defects.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, product photos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of The Custom Cut.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that our products are decorative art pieces and should be used as intended.

  • We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
