Processing & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping within the United States.

  • Typical transit time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages During Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • At this time, we ship only within the United States.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or events outside of our control once the package has shipped.
